Took 5 months to contact me after I approved the quote claiming they changed systems and never got my approval request. Then said i approved a new roof and not gutters when a roof quote was never requested. Called and said theyd be there on Wednesday to complete the job, then showed up on Tuesday unannounced. Damanged a raised flower bed when removing the old gutters, they did take $60 off the bill after i reminded them the installer said they would take money off for the damage. Hounded me with...
