I was so impressed with Rick when he came to give me an estimate. Very professional and friendly! He followed through with sending me my estimate the next day, even if it was a Saturday morning! Initially I was happy with the weathervane. They had made a repair to my roof for a reasonable amount. It took a long time but I chalked it up to it being busy time of year. They had kept in constant contact leading up to the repair, though the person doing the repairs forgot to call me before arriving. I now have a leak in the exact spot they “fixed” and they’ve failed to show up for the last TWO times to take a look. Every time I call they tell me they forgot and add me to the schedule agai...
