LET ME BEGIN BY SAYING THAT IN MY YOUNGER DAYS I HAVE DONE PLENTY OF ROOFING AND BUILDING IN GENERAL SO I KNOW HOW TO ESTIMATE BUILDING MATERIALS, WHAT I FIGURED FOR MATERIALS FROM THE BIG BOX STORES ALONG WITH THE TYPICAL MARKUP THAT MOST COMPANIES HAVE ALONG WITH LABOR THE COST OF MY PROJECT CAME IN AT JUST WHAT I FIGURED IT SHOULD HAVE WITCH BY THE WAY WAS VERY REASONABLE.
