I was very disappointed by the lack of communication! So after we figured out materials & financing options, I was told when they received the materials they would call to set up an approximate date to start a roof replacement. A couple weeks after getting the call about them receiving the materials, a delivery truck showed up in my driveway one morning to drop off the materials. My project was completed 2/2/24 by Tristen and Griff. Both did a very good job. Tristen was completely knowledgeable of my project and knew exactly what was to be done. He even asked if I wanted eave troughs in an area that was not being done. I had questions and he answered them all. He set up a ladder for me so I could go up and inspect the roof myself.
