The staff are very helpful when ordering and taking care of the request that we wanted done. Shelton and Tristen done a great job. We are very pleased with their work.
Poor communication between departments. Have to deal with too many various supervisors that seemingly don’t talk about the job to each other. Too much middle management. Had a leak around bathroom vent stack prior to their work, and knew I needed a tear off and reshingle. Construction crew didn’t take any extra care in repairing around vent stack(may not have been communicated to them from job manager), and so less than a year later, it’s leaking.
