I noticed a leak around a metal chimney. The roof in this area is very tall and steep. Weather Vane inspected and corrected that problem and noted some other issue that should be taken care of in the future. There was no pressure to act now on the other issues. The work was done well and at a reasonable cost. I would recommend them happily. When it is time to replace my roof i will call them first.
Ryan came out today to look at my roof. A less scrupulous contractor had me convinced the roof needed to be redone immediately, after fixing a leak. Ryan told me the roof is in decent shape and I can wait 2 years before replacing it! I greatly appreciate the honesty...so unexpected and appreciated.
