Communication was not good. When they did do the repair we had no idea they were coming out. Then we saw that they had ruined some areas in our brand new siding. When the gentlemen came back out to fix it he was in flip flops. They did replace the siding that was broken. The job is done and seems to have fixed the roof leak.
