We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. Diagnosing water intrusion issues can be difficult because leaks often travel and may originate from multiple areas before becoming visible inside a structure. Throughout this process, our team worked to identify the source of the problem based on the conditions present during each inspection and recommended repairs accordingly. While we understand your frustration, our intention was always to help resolve the issue and provide professional guidance. We appreciate the opportunity to have worked with you and are glad the source of the water intrusion was ultimately identified and corrected. We wish you all the best.

It's wonderful to hear that the project was completed efficiently, the cleanup was seamless, and most importantly, your roof is leak-free.
