Chris and his team were very polite and responded quickly to my needs. I was having a hard time getting a response from other companies. I was so pleased I asked for a quote from them for new gutters and downspouts.

Weather Vane Roofing did an excellent job fixing my incorrectly flashed chimney and a leaking ridge cap. Ryan Petty was very prompt and courteous while helping us to understand what needed to be done to fix the issues we had with the roof, and to get the estimates written up and scheduled quickly. Ryan Bradford and his men were very friendly and professional while doing the work and they did a good job cleaning up the area after the work was completed. I would highly recommend them to anyone ...Read more

This is the 3rd company I had to use for the same flat roof issues. Very professional from proposal to getting the Job done. The only reason I didn't give them 5 star is there was a communication gap on progress status. I'm definitely going to use this company again

I called them to fix a leak in my roof around an exhaust pipe. Kris, came out took some pictures, told me what they would do, and wrote up a quote. After I agreed to the work to be done and signed the contract, I was put on the work schedule. I got some emails from the Crew Manager about the job. One day I saw a guy in a truck, when I was leaving. When i got back I had a ladder in my driveway, and no guy or truck. I was under the assumption they were going to call me and let me know they we...Read more

First experience with food repair was awesome. Latest experience less so. We signed the original scope of work with the salesperson, but never received a copy. We then sent an email to confirm the scope of work as we understood it. The email was responded to with no reference to one of the items. When the workers came they said that item was not what they had been contracted to do. Communication was very lacking.
