First experience with food repair was awesome. Latest experience less so. We signed the original scope of work with the salesperson, but never received a copy. We then sent an email to confirm the scope of work as we understood it. The email was responded to with no reference to one of the items. When the workers came they said that item was not what they had been contracted to do. Communication was very lacking.
