Excellent communication, customer service; the roofing team were polite, detailed and dedicated to completing an exceptional product (new roof) in a fantastic time frame! 2 layers of shingles removed and new shingle roof placed within one 8 hr day! Plus, they left no “footprints” of even being there or that shingles had been removed, my yard was perfect! Have not found 1 nail!

Warner replaced the four scuppers on my flat roof. Contracted out the 4 boxes and completed a very nice installation. Kudos to Lee who completed the install. Very happy with end results. Would recommend Warner for your project.

Werner Roofing well exceeded my expectations. From the sales and estimate with Chip, to McKenzie the project manager, to every roofer at my house, I cannot express how easy they made it all seem. The attention to detail was outstanding, including the clean up. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs!

We had a terrible experience with Werner roofing. One of the roofers broke one of our windows. No apology was given and no effort was made to clean up the glass inside the house. We had to cover the broken window, remove the old window and frame, take it to Muskegon Glass and re install the new window, all at our own expense. Phone calls were made to Tanner who never returned any of our calls. We were highly dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and accountability.
