We had a terrible experience with Werner roofing. One of the roofers broke one of our windows. No apology was given and no effort was made to clean up the glass inside the house. We had to cover the broken window, remove the old window and frame, take it to Muskegon Glass and re install the new window, all at our own expense. Phone calls were made to Tanner who never returned any of our calls.
We were highly dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and accountability.
