We had a piece of siding disconnect from our house at 10:30 on a Wednesday night and called Werner the next morning right after they opened. Chris came out to our house the same day and he was able to remove the dangling (yes, dangling) piece and came back the next day with a replacement. The communication and service were excellent, especially as first time home owners. We will absolutely reach back out to Werner for any future service!
