I cannot express enough how awesome Mr. Whitney and his crew were during the installation of our new roof on 2-21-22. They gave a very fair quote, they were very professional, they finished our roof in one day, they repaired a gutter issue we had previously had without us asking, and our yard looks better than it did before they were here. My mother used Whitney Roofing for a repair to her attic venting. The guys called her back in a timely fashion and made an appointment. Not only did her representative show up early, he showed up prepared with all of his equipment and materials. Inspection and repair took less than an hour and the representative was entirely fair about the low price for the fix. Kaylen and crew were very dependable and responsive when we called them to do some repairs on 3 roofs at our condominium association in Bloomington. Even called after a huge rain to make sure there were no problems. We did encounter one issue and Kaylen was back the next day to fix it. Could not recommend them any higher. LaVonda Sherrill

We had Whitney Roofing come by and give us an estimate for our roof after sustaining hail damage. They got here fast, were professional and explained things in terms that were easy to understand. They weren't pushy, didn't try to force us into anything and were great to talk to. Ultimately we went in another direction because we also need siding, windows and other repairs done, but I have no doubt they would have done a great job, as others here have talked about. Highly recommend. Michael was super friendly, professional and made sure our roof leak was taken care of before an upcoming string of rainy days. When it’s time for a new roof they’re my first call. I’ve used a lot of contractors and mostly they lack customer service focus was a pleasure to find one that doesn’t.
