This is our third time using Window and Door Showplace.
I am most satisfied once they did get scheduled, it was like clockwork. People showed up on time, did that they were suppose to do, and didn't drag it out. It was done well. They also didn't damage the surrounding tile. Nick was really good at explaining and helping me make a decision of what to get. They were all professional, helpful, and patient.
Denise and Randy were great to work with and have years of experience with major door projects. We replaced our front door and they worked with us closely in all steps from design to install and to touching up a couple small things after the major install. It was a significant project given the size and shape of the door. Denise had excellent design inputs. There were a number of decisions concerning the custom front door hardware, moldings, glass, etc... and she had very good ideas.
