We had Window and Door Showplace replace all 24 of our windows, and we are so pleased with the entire process. The Marvin windows are beautiful and work perfectly. It's so great that they tilt inward for easy cleaning. The installation was masterful. While it was chilly outside, the crew did one window at a time to minimize exposure to the outside air. I ordered two storm doors at the excellent Alexandria location. The Sterling location was responsible for installing them. They arrived at the warehouse before Christmas, but were installed two months later, only after prodding. Apparently, the company does not have enough staff to handle installations when one employee is out. My experience with them was such that I turned to them again when it was time to replace my front and back doors in 2022. Their products are great and their staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful. Installation went very smoothly and I’m very pleased with my windows and doors.
