            The sales person always responded to issues with "I told you" when in fact he didn't tell us or put things in writing. He didn't know some important details about items (particularly a bifold door we bought) and never admitted he was wrong or tried to make it up to us somehow. He always had an excuse to cover up for his ignorance. He was very condescending overall, even to our wonderful contractor.             These people will make your window replacement dream come true! I replaced 9 windows and 3 doors that were all 65+ years old and it was not an easy job. The windows are beautiful, the window installers were excellent and so nice and management came every day to see how things were going. I highly recommend this place and plan to use them again.
