          We will have to agree with the previous statements about the poor customer service provided by Windows & Doors Northern VA. We contacted Mike Simpson via email, and exchanged several messages relaying our measurements for an interior door and transom. He responded with clarifying questions, which we answered, at which time he told us he would send a quote for the project. We never heard from him again.           The Provia fiberglass french doors are very well made and the installation also went very well (that would have been a five star). The "Active" door however was opposite of what we chose (hence four stars).
