Kept us advised of all issues, and there were a couple of unanticipated problems. Cleaned up completely every day. And they are very nice people. The sales and technical staff were excellent.           Very poor customer service. You have to call them 10 times to get someone to come fix issues under warranty. In my case, after showing up and took notes about what needed to be done, they never followed up and when I called again, they just keep postponing and claimed the issues are not related to warranty. Very dishonest service . I recommend calling Marvin headquarter with warranty issues.

          The worst service regarding issues after installation. We started using Windows and some of them won't close tightly. When we called for service underwarranty, first they said we will take care of the pb, then after multiple phone calls, they said it's related to abuse. I am taking them to court.

          We visited this showroom this morning and had an excellent experience. I cannot comment on ordering, installation or any other part of the window replacement process because we visited the showroom purely for information and education. We are renovating and expanding upon a house out of this area and we visited this showroom because they have an excellent display of Marvin windows.
