The installers were punctual and professional. They setup and got right to work. They were very friendly, one of the guys spent 10 minutes talking to my grandson about Star Wars, but never stopped working. They worked five and half hours in 95° heat and never complained. The young man (Reid Dotson) who replaced it just now was on time, very courteous, and professional, and got the job done in minutes. This is the second time I used Window World of Chattanooga. The first time several years ago, it was seamless. We bought a new house and the first thing we wanted was new windows. I had a great experience with Window World and I used them again to install 11 windows. The windows are great. There was some craftsmanship issues which were addressed during the install but to my satisfaction. Took a little while to replace shutters but they were replaced to my satisfaction
