Window world salesperson George came to our home for a appointment. He was professional and courteous. After going through our home he made suggestions on the type of windows and cost. We bought 22 windows.. When the crew arrived on 12-11-2018. Lead man Matt along with Chuck and Trevor were very proficient with their time and not only completed the job in one day as opposed to two days which was the original plan. Love the windows - but I do not like the fact that my door isn’t finished and the salesman didn’t return my text or call yesterday - then the door guy texts and says they won’t be there at 9 !!!! He said he left his tools at another customers house ?!!! Really ? Sounds fishy to me - the whole door has been a problem - bad business not to return a call and not to show up at appointed time ! Not happy with that !

Their customer service is awesome! I ordered two double hung windows on Sept 10th. They had said they had a 6 to 8 week waiting list. On Sept 19th I knew I needed the windows to be installed (if at all possible) by October 12th. By noon of the 19th I was told they’ll install them (weather permitting) on October 3rd! I’ll definitely use Window World in the future!
