Waited almost a year for a door that ended up being made incorrectly. Waited nearly 6 months for its replacement and they tried to come the day before Thanksgiving… but didn’t actually show up.
Then when they did show up they didn’t actually have the replacement parts… they had different parts that weren’t wrong in the first place.
They did a great job on my windows a few years ago and it seems like the installer crews are knowledgeable and able to do the work… but there is some major nonsense... Read more
