Jeremy Watley and James Denson came out to make some adjustments to my bay window and did went above and beyond in ensuring it was snug, operating properly, and well sealed and insulated from the environment. I would recommend those two and Window World of Chattanioga to all.
They showed up on time, cleaned up, followed up. We like the windows and the screens.
Jeremy was great. He took the time to explain and demonstrate how the windows work and showed us the ways we could clean the upper and lower windows. Y’all need to give him an “atta boy”!
I had my windows replaced a few years ago and there must have had a issue during manufacture and some lost their seal.
I contacted Window World to inquire about warranty replacement and they immediately ordered and cam out and replaced--great customer service!
