We had a pretty good experience with Window World. The initial consultation was helpful and there was no pressure and it was easy to get the measurements done. Apparently the measurements were wrong though so after weeks of waiting for our windows, when they came to install they did not fit and had to be reordered. The installation team was great and the windows now that they are in are very good quality so far. Just wish they had hung the shades back up when they finished!
