I have never had such a horrible experience as I have had with the owner of this company! I spent over 4,000 dollars, having 4 windows installed. The seal started leaking in 2 of the windows after just 6 months. I immediately contacted the company, and Nathan Jones arrived at my home to inspect the windows.
