Silvid is great! He and his crew were 2 hours early! Very professional and knowledgeable. I love our new windows and honored to have had such a great crew do this job! The only downside is I now have repairs to do to 2 rooms. None of the crew spoke English and were dropped off while the 1 person that could barely speak English left for several hours. Repairs I have to do after they left...
