I wish that I could have included window world in my hunt for a new front door, however, my salesperson is so pitiful that he can’t be bothered to get back to me with any answers or quotes that I ask for. My initial sales call was 7/7. He was not particularly helpful nor did he suggest any changes to my existing door like other door salespeople did. Hi Tracy, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback about your experience! We have looked into this further along with your Design Consultant. During this process, it looks like we were waiting for the CAD drawing from our manufacturer for the first design that was the door and side lites, and had to do the same for the change to double doors. In certain cases it is best to know we are staying compliant and strategic instead of rushing into any job - We will proceed to use your review in a way to improve, and hope any future experience you may have with Window World will exceed standards!

Hi Gary, thank you for taking the time to leave a review! After checking into this - it looks like we did give a discount from the normal $300 disposal and site set up fee, which was agreed upon at the time of your itemized estimate. Instead of a window, we removed an older wooden crawlspace door in the basement - the $200 charged does still cover all debris and wood removal along with prepping for the installer. We do hope you are pleased with the window and service during install after everything is said and done! We really appreciate you choosing Window World of Chattanooga!
