Other than the fact that they are very backed up and you have to wait a long time for the installation (which is obviously because they do a great job) - I am extremely happy with the work. It was an old house from the 40's with the original windows that were rottening upstairs. It was unbearably hot up there. The installers called to say they could be early if it was okay with me. So yes, timely, respectful, efficient and professional! It was a very hit day in the mid-90’s, and the window was in the sun. They worked quickly and steadily without lessening quality. They addressed my questions courteously. Very pleased customer here! And office followed up as well a few days later.
