We had Window World install two windows for us in February, 2024. The windows look good, but their Customer Service Sucks!
I’ve called at least three (3) times and each time I’m told someone will call me back! To date that has Never Happened!
I’ll try again today..No one can tell me if they sent a report to TVA or EPB that the work has been completed in order for TVA/EPB to come out and review their work. They seem hesitant for their work to be evacuated.
