Their product and sales team are fantastic. Great windows at a great price. Their installers are courteous and clean as well as quick. Be prepared to wait a while to get your new windows though and to struggle with communication between the folks who measure, who order, and who install. The process between sales and installation is pretty clunky and can be frustrating. Overall though, still a good company to do business with and we’d hire them again.
I honestly would rate them with 0 stars but that not an option. Twice now I have received a complete run around from these people. The first time the estimator didn’t even show up. No call nothing. I had to call and then was assigned another estimator who called and said he was sick and asked me to give him the measurements and he’d give me a price. That lead to no where. Isn’t that the job of the estimator?
