Liars, unprofessional, and neglectful. This sums up my brief experience with these people. I called them in order to get one of their people to come to a house for a window estimate. After the woman in the office told me they would be there between 4-5, they never showed. I called back to ask what happened and she had the man call ME back. Had a number of windows replaced 9 years ago. The seal on one failed but they replaced it quickly and without charge. The young man (Reid Dotson) who replaced it just now was on time, very courteous, and professional, and got the job done in minutes. Very pleased with this experience and when I decide to replace more windows, I'll definitely go with Window World.
