Installers burned/broke vinyl siding and J mold. sealed all the drain holes with caulk damaged several screens. Several windows were missing felt seals. Repair crews have been out twice and still haven’t got the repairs done. Even thou I stressed to them that I wanted all repairs completed on the second service call. The windows are nice but the service need a lot of help. I feel like they will tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone.

We are SO happy with our new windows from Window World of Chattanooga! They were so easy to work with. During the install, we also had them add a new window in our bedroom.
