The installers did a great job and the window looks very nice. The quality of the window is comparable to West Shore which was formerly Hullco, but we can't give 4 or 5 stars due to the customer service. The quote we got from Window World was less than West Shore, however, we had to pay what amounts to an inconvenience fee of $300 because we just needed one window. They arrived on time, they were exceedingly professional and efficient. We had all the windows but one in our house replaced. I expected a certain degree of mess and inconvenience. I got none! I’d say we would use them again, but they’ve already done all our windows.
