Installers burned/broke vinyl siding and J mold. sealed all the drain holes with caulk damaged several screens. Several windows were missing felt seals. Repair crews have been out twice and still haven’t got the repairs done. Even thou I stressed to them that I wanted all repairs completed on the second service call. We are SO happy with our new windows from Window World of Chattanooga! They were so easy to work with. During the install, we also had them add a new window in our bedroom. Justice and Jonathan were wonderful!! They were very professional and worked together so well. It looks as if the window was always there! You guys rock!! I highly recommend Window World!
