Their windows are a good deal and everyone I have talked to has been very polite and professional, but I am a little frustrated with the number of issues I have had. I have had to contact them several times to get things fixed since they installed our windows about a year ago. (1) They did not replace an interior stool that was on the original invoice. (2) They did not caulk all the windows on the interior. I called to have someone come caulk one of them months later. They did, but it's a ton of... Read more
