The Window World crew arrived on time! They called me; because the Tenant was not home at the time of arrival! I met with the two installers! The installers took five hours to install five windows! The did a great job!

I had received a quote last year and had the windows installed this year. The sales process was smooth and to the point no hassles and the installation crew was amazing!! Windows installed and cleaned up everything even cleaned the windows the first time! This is my 2nd time using WW to have several windows replaced.

Good sales presentation, had to call for service multiple times to get window and siding issues resolved. Ordered a particular color of roofing and a TOTALLY different roof (color and manufacturer) was installed. Due to wrong roofing I ask to change door color and was told it would be $500.00 to change the color, even though the door had not even been ordered. From the time my ordered was placed until the work was completed took 10 and 1/2 months.
