In the process of a deck rebuild, one of my large window frames was damaged and needed replacing. All the windows in my 1969 home had been replaced by Window World several years ago. Since they did the original install, I called them for the repair. Not only did the owner, Eric, himself show up but he insisted that he would repair at N/C since I originally purchased the windows from Window World!
