I had an incident where my window was broken out and needed to be replaced. I called and spoke to Laney and I was expecting to have to pay for a replacement. There was no seriel number visible and I didn't have much information go on, but Laney took the information I gave her, researched the files, and found the information she needed to order a replacement. The installers did a great job and the window looks very nice. The quality of the window is comparable to West Shore which was formerly Hullco, but we can't give 4 or 5 stars due to the customer service. The quote we got from Window World was less than West Shore, however, we had to pay what amounts to an inconvenience fee of $300 because we just needed one window.
