Our sales person was fabulous and explained everything without ever trying to pressure us. The install crew was courteous and considerate; very professional young men who were completely knowledgable. There have been a couple of issues with the office following through on paperwork but like any other situation.....the squeaky wheel gets the grease so I just SQUEAK as loud as I can.
The first time I used Window World for 12 replacement windows, I thought they were fantastic. Everything went smoothly. They did just as they said they would, and the job was completed to my satisfaction. However, I have enlisted them to do a continuance of the same job (36 windows, too many to have replaced at one time), and the second experience has been nothing short of horrible!
