Rafael came out for a roof inspection after I lost a shingle in a wind storm. Was originally just coming out to take a look at overall condition of the roof. He was great at walking me through exactly what he will be looking for and keeping me updated. I still had the loose shingle so he grabbed his tools and repaired it on site free of charge in two minutes. Will definitely be calling them again when it’s needed!
After months of trying to work with other contractors that seemingly had zero interest in helping us, it was a relief to find WAHS. Rafael was super responsive and never had to chase after anyone for an update. Siding replacement was scheduled and completed with zero problems.
