This company goes out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied with the work upon completion. Everything went smoothly and I am very happy with the new roof.
Hit by pretty significant hail storm, not long after I had replaced my roof. I called Wright AT Home, they had a rep, Rafael out the next day to inspect and he said, "Roof came through storm just fine". So from that interaction they appear to be very responsive and honest.
Completed my roof in one day- great customer service. Got my roof done on July 7th was supposed to be July 6th but it rained. They texted me the morning of that it had to be delayed to protect my roof.
They cleaned up around the house nicely- have not seen a single nail/roofing material on my property. They were courteous of my raspberry bushes on the side of my house.

We had hail damage and after checking Consumers Checkbook for companies rated highly for both value and quality, we invited a bid for a roof replacement from Wright-At-Home. Addison came promptly and offered to meet with the insurance adjuster, which he did. He prepared a bid, offered us various options, patiently answered many detailed questions and adjusted the bid accordingly. He also explained how the insurance adjustment works.
