Beginning to end Jeff B did a nice job managing the process including working with the insurance company. So the test of customer service is not whether things go perfect, but how the vendor reacts when things go wrong. When we had a hiccup, Jeff B and company owned it, no excuses, and made it right. That’s great customer experience.
