The guys that did the roof were fast and did a great job. The only problem I had was that they had to disconnect my internet which was fine but they did not put the cable back where it was and my dogs got it because it was hanging down at the side of my house. My dogs chewed on it so I had to call and get a technician out to replace the wire. That took a few days and I do online school so I couldn't do my assignments and meet the deadline for the due date.

throughout the whole process. They sent an email describing the process and what to expect on the days that work would be done. The team of workers showed up first thing on the scheduled day for work and completed it in one day, including a thorough cleanup afterwards - there was no sign a construction project had just happened that day. All in all it was a great and very smoothe experience.
Xperience did an incredible job taking care of my roof repair from start to finish. Jacob handled all the communication with my insurance, the crew was professional and so efficient. Every bit of the old roof was cleaned up and removed. I'm so happy with my new roof!
