We started the process with Dominic, and he has been terrific to work with. He was always on time and communicated regularly. He made sure the process to work with our insurance company was painless and thorough. The roofers completed everything in two days. The company took care of our solar panels as well. Ashley from the office made sure we had all of our questions answered for the work itself, even working outside regular hours to get us taken care of.

Ashley guided me through the process, from scheduling an inspection and estimate, to scheduling the work, choosing material color and sending me photos of the completed project. As I was an off site customer, she was very helpful, keeping me in the loop as well as working with my tenant. Very professional and ALWAYS available to me. I am so glad we found Xperience Roofing, after dealing for two months with another company, I was referred to Xperience roofing. From the get go, I spoke to Dominic, and honestly I didn’t have hope due to having to deal with another company for two months to take care of my roof issues. Had issues at first but Xperience Roofing demonstrated what customer service is all about. Had issues at first. However, they came to the house and I showed them my concerns. They did come out and fix the issues.
