The roof went in without issue but we had a few issues getting are gutter heating cables replaced and having old shingles removed from the driveway but the sales rep routed me to Terry at headquarters and he was very quick to work through the issues and take care of me. I expect issues to come up, they always do even in my business, but what’s most important is that when you escalate an issue that you could have quick resolution and I was pleased with the way that my escalation was handled so ...
