A subcontractor left off the drip edge when they replaced the roof. When we brought it to the attention of Xperience, Terry Placker contacted us immediately and worked to rectify the issue quickly, treating us like a priority. In a matter of days, the drip edge was added by pros and Terry stayed in communication with us throughout to ensure our satisfaction. We really appreciate the integrity of Terry and the company.
