I was awoken to hear what I thought was a break in. After a moment I realized someone was on my roof. I went outside to find a guy in plain clothes who claimed to be at the wrong address but was in an unmarked truck with blacked out windows. No front or rear license plate and a temporary tag he flashed at me from inside the vehicle (not displayed on vehicle). All he had for identification was a business card that was not even his own. We lost a vent and had shingle damage during a wind storm. We had several companies offer to help but Dominic Nugent at Xperience was, by far, the most helpful and informative. We chose Xperience and had a great experience! Dominic explain the contract and costs in detail and had us in the calendar immediately and within two weeks we had a new roof.
