tried to get a few other companies to come take a look at our roof. they would either not show or not send us a repair quote. I called Alex in the Austin market and he was very responsive and professional. he took the time to discuss issues and repairs. He made it real easy making and negotiating a claim with our insurance company (state farm) we had a few issues with rotten facia that delayed completion. The winter storm from 2020 weakened my roof tremendously along with many of my neighbors’ homes. Come 2021 and the strong winds my roof shingles were flying all over my yard.
