Terry Placker, the owner, followed up after a previous one star review. He apologized for the person I dealt with earlier. He promised that he would make the necessary adjustments with the salesman I interacted with. It seems like they had a one-off issue and wanted to make it right. This might be a pretty good place. I did not have a chance to actually work with them and cannot say. I am impressed that the owner would call me to make sure that I was satisfied with the company's response. Read less

Terry Placker, the owner of Xperience Roofing, called to apologize for his salesman's poor treatment. Terry let me know that it would not happen again and would send me a gift card to show his commitment to making it right. I will update after seeing his followup.
