We had a great "Xperience". Mason explained the entire process and did an initial inspection, identifying storm damage from the prior year. Our insurance adjuster inspected and approved a complete roof replacement. The coordination between Xperience and the insurance company was perfect. I can’t recommend Xperience Roofing enough! My insurance had already rejected my claim twice when working with a different roofing contractor, in spite of the fact that *every single* house within a stones throw had suffered enough damage from a hail storm to get replaced. I had kinda lost hope that I would be able to get it covered by my insurance. Dominic, did a great job on replacing our roof. He responded quickly whenever we had questions. He communicated well and things were done timely. He was patient and worked well with my insurance company when they were slow to respond.

Xperience roofing replaced our roof this spring. They were so great to work with. Our roof was not an easy job, and Dom really went the extra mile to help us. Beginning to end Jeff B did a nice job managing the process including working with the insurance company. So the test of customer service is not whether things go perfect, but how the vendor reacts when things go wrong. When we had a hiccup, Jeff B and company owned it, no excuses, and made it right. That’s great customer experience.
