When my insurance company turned down my claim, they disappeared. At first there were "We're working on it" texts in reference to my inquiries on financing options, but after three or four weeks even those dried up to nothing. They totally ghosted me. Xperience roofing was truly awesome. 7 roofers came in on Monday and it was done on Tuesday. It looks beautiful. They fixed several boards that needed to be replaced. Put in all the unlaying material and the shingles are so much thicker than my old ones. They really did everything they said they would, with incredible quality. I don't leave enough of these ratings, but this really was impressive.

I have had the pleasure of working with Jacob and Josh. They have been super willing to answer any question I had and if they were unsure they'd be willing to look it up right then to help me. Jacob was willing to work with my insurance when I started to stress, was understanding and kind when I had questions and responded almost immediately very time. They worked with the insurance company to get all the payment issues taken care of and did a great job on the roof. It only took 2 days for a complete tear down and replacement. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

Josh and Jamie are simply amazing! Brock is wonderful. They got us in touch with people who could help us with the insurance and helped us get the approval to fix our roof.
