After a major wind storm blew off many shingles from our roof, Xperience Roofing was specifically recommended to us by our insurance company knowing about the great quality of work that they perform and their timeliness. Josh was always responsive, helped us throughout every step of the process, and even was willing to work with us when we couldn't pay the full deductible immediately. This company, Josh specifically, has been great to work with. They dealt with our insurance company completely and made all the arrangements. They showed up when expected and were done within a day when all others in the neighborhood using different companies took days to finish. Above and beyonds: -Josh found a guy to hook back up my Dish satellite within a day so I didn't have to wait for Dish to come who were a week and a half out and wanted to charge me. -I messed up on my payment and go... One of the few "door to door salesmen" i'm glad stopped by. I had an interesting situation where in 2020 after that windstorm we needed to replace our roof and our insurance wrote us a check for less than half the value. Roof wasn't leaking so we waited till spring 2021.
