I recommended this company when they first started out because they did my basement and would still do work for me, up until tonight. They also did my fathers basement and several others. Lee and Kevin did a excellent job. Now I would like my house garage, detached garage and back porch done. Was told that I would have it done within their time frame. I guess I am not the customer. Poor customer service. I responded to their ad and asked how much. They probed me with questions. Collected my information and then informed me I’m outside their service area. Their first question should’ve been to determine if I am in their service area! They’re collecting your information to resell it. Really annoying waste of time!
